Avocalada Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Topping options:
  • shredded unsweetened coconut, granola, fresh berries and banana, or cacao nibs.
Instructions
  1. Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
