Acai Bowl
Serves: 2 Bowls
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons acai powder
  • ½ cup almond milk or coconut water
  • Handful of ice
To make it creamer and also add a nutritional punch try adding:
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunbutter
Optional Toppings:
  • The Whole Tulip's Superfood Granola
  • Fresh berries
  • Sliced banana
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Nuts
  • Nut Butter
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. You want to keep a thicker consistency so you can scoop it with a spoon so don't run your blender too long or you will have an acai smoothie (not a bag thing).
