Cinnamon Pear Smoothie

Cinnamon Pear Smoothie
  • 1 ripe pear, cored and cut into large chunks (no need to peel)
  • ¼ C almond butter or ¼ C almonds
  • 2 Tbs flax seeds
  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or organic whole milk)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • Handful of spinach or 1 kale leaf or collard green (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
