Cinnamon Pear Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pear, cored and cut into large chunks (no need to peel)
- ¼ C almond butter or ¼ C almonds
- 2 Tbs flax seeds
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or organic whole milk)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp honey
- Handful of spinach or 1 kale leaf or collard green (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
