Serves: 4 servings
  • 1 banana (frozen is better)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • ½ orange or 1 clementine
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mama (optional)
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Turns out a beautiful red color.
