The Whole Tulip Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon of maca
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk
Instructions
  1. Put in a blender and blend until smooth
